Yes. We mostly do same day express deliveries.

For our Same Day Standard service you will need to place your booking:
Melbourne Metro before 12 noon
Other Major Cities before 10 am
Regional areas depend on locations

VIP service available 24 hours – outside of 9am – 5pm SMS 0490 664 699 with your VIP request and we will call you back immediately.

Please note there are times when our service does reach capacity, if this occurs we will notify you. Delivery times may vary at the busiest times of the year.

We sometimes service on Weekends and Public Holidays at VIP rates only and by well in advance arrangement.

Yes, you can. However, you will need to send us all your booking details either via an email or book online through our website.

SCS Express and VIP services are available for Melbourne Metro area.

All other Major Cities are serviced by SCS subcontractors where deliveries happen:
Same Day – cut-off time 10 am
Pick-ups after 3 pm will get delivered within 24 hours

Regional parts – Australia wide are serviced by SCS subcontractors where deliveries happen in 1 – 7 Days, depending on location.

Yes. We can do deliveries on the weekend and after hours but the rates will be as per VIP.

If you cancel your delivery prior to the courier being on route to your location there isn’t any charge.

If the courier arrives and no one is at the pickup location you will be charged the cancellation fee. We will however try to contact you by phone and sms and wait up to 10 minutes.

If no one is at the drop off location we will wait 10 minutes before we return your item to the pickup locations. You will be charged the full fee plus the return fee. Our couriers will try to call and sms prior to returning any goods.

You need to register with Lyoness by filling in the form and every time you book with us, you will receive an sms about how much cashback and shopping points you have received.
